Dry Ice Blasting

Blast away dirt and grime with Dry Ice technology. Gentle yet powerful cleaning.

About Dry Ice Blasting

Dry ice detailing, also known as dry ice blasting, is a cleaning process that uses dry ice pellets to remove unwanted materials such as dirt, grime, paint, and rust from surfaces. The dry ice pellets are accelerated using compressed air, and they sublimate upon impact with the surface, which creates a kinetic energy that removes the unwanted materials.

The dry ice pellets are made from liquid carbon dioxide, which is converted into solid pellets at a temperature of -78°C. When the dry ice pellets come into contact with a surface, they rapidly sublimate, turning from a solid to a gas, and expanding in the process. This expansion creates a small explosion that helps to dislodge and remove contaminants from the surface being cleaned.

Benefits of Dry Ice Detailing

Our mission is to provide the highest  Dry Ice Detailing services to our customers, using the latest techniques and equipment to deliver exceptional results. We understand that a clean and well-maintained vehicle is essential to our customers’ satisfaction and enjoyment, and we take pride in helping them achieve that goal.

Non Abrasive

Dry ice blasting is a non-abrasive cleaning method, meaning it does not damage the surface being cleaned. This makes it an ideal choice for delicate or sensitive vehicles or equipment surfaces.

Environmentally Friendly

Dry ice blasting does not use any harsh chemicals or solvents, so it is an environmentally friendly cleaning option. Additionally, dry ice pellets are non-toxic and do not produce any secondary waste

Reduced Downtime

Dry ice blasting removes dirt, grime, and other contaminants quickly and efficiently,  reducing downtime for equipment or machinery. This can result in cost savings and increased productivity

Versatile

Dry ice blasting can be used on a wide variety of surfaces and equipment, making it a versatile cleaning option for many industries. Dry ice blasting can help improve sanitation in food processing and medical facilities by removing bacteria and other harmful contaminants.
